Sulfur	With antifungal, antibacterial and keratolytic properties, it helps reduce acne-causing bacteria on the skin and prevent new breakouts.
Salicylic Acid	Improves acne-prone skin, by pulling out excess oil from the pores. Helps exfoliate, unclog pores and prevent future acne breakouts.
Ichthammol	Diminishes acne-causing bacteria on the skin, while reducing excessive hardening and thickening of the skin. Pulls acne to the surface of the skin, making it easier to remove.
