Dual Sense Eye Mask

For Warm Use: Warm the eye mask in the microwave in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is achieved. Do not overheat. Always test on the wrist before placing it on the eyes, to avoid burns.

For Cold Use: Place the eye mask in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Test the temperature by placing it on your wrist before placing it over the eyes. If it feels too cold, let it sit for a few minutes before using it.
